This workshop is for you if you want to have an overview of the Integral Reinventing Organizations Map. If you want to learn how it can be used in your organization and how it can support you in orchestrating change and transformation.
The whole world is in the midst of profound change. This change is affecting all aspects of life, nations, governments and politics, organizations, communities, families and individuals. We are all challenged to develop new perspectives and new talents, to learn new ways of working and living together.
We all know that transformation processes invite resistance. Sometimes blockages and disruptions reach a volume that leads to frustration and jeopardizes the transformation, giving the impression that it is not even possible. In these stormy waters, it would be nice to have a guide. Something to help us bridge the gap between different cultures, beliefs and perspectives.
This is exactly what the integral map offers. In this workshop we will discuss the elements that make up the map, Ken Wilber’s integral model in combination with developmental lines that follow the Spiral Dynamics model of levels of consciousness. This provides a helpful integral map to understand where the organization is today, which helps to clarify the goals and map the organic path to get there. It is very clarifying to better understand where all these blockages and disruptions come from and how best to address them. The workshop also gives agile teams a deeper understanding of agile values and helps them to implement them more effectively in their daily work.
You can view and download a template map in different languages from the Atlas platform.
In this course we cover the following topics:
- the distinction between systemic, agile, teal and integral
- become familiar with the elements that make up the integral map and learn about their origin
- understand the importance of personal development in an organization
- how to orchestrate transformation to make it sustainable
- case studies and best practices
This workshop is offered in English and in German (separate dates)
Course Content
- The integral perspective
- Basics of the four quadrant model by Ken Wilber
- Basics of Spiral Dynamics
- Developmental lines
- The combined organizational map and its application
- How you can evaluate your organizatioin (best practices, case studies)
In the workshop we discuss examples and use cases. There are many different ways to work with the map. It helps to unleash the great potential in your organization, both for the personal development of the people who work with it and for the further development of the organization.
Experience shows that sustainable change processes can only succeed if the individual potential of employees and the interpersonal potential of the organization are activated. The introduction of new processes alone, however agile they may be, cannot remove the blockages. Looking at the organization, people and teams through the holistic lens of this model opens up new perspectives, a new, deeper and more differentiated understanding of what it means to be human, of diversity and its opportunities and of the true causes of all these blockages and disruptions. And makes it easy to understand what is meant when we say that an agile transformation is first and foremost a “mind shift”.
Target audience
Entrepreneurs, managing directors, executives, team leaders, project managers, employees in the areas of personnel and organizational development as well as trainers and consultants.
